The tasting is often the favourite part of the Vineyard tour. It is conducted in small parties so that everyone gets a good opportunity to ask questions in an intimate atmosphere and discover what to look for when appraising a wine.
The tasting also includes general information about vintages, grape varieties
and the like to leave the tasters with a better idea of what they should
be looking for when buying a bottle of wine – whether from the local
supermarket or the most up-market restaurant.
