Refund policy


Pre-booked vouchers and upgrades are non-refundable.

All vouchers are non-transferable, not for resale and will become automatically void on any transfer.

Vouchers purchased through Chilford Hall Vineyard will only be exchanged or refunded if Chilford Hundred Ltd, in its absolute discretion, chooses to do so.

Please note that refunds for vouchers purchased through third parties (buy a gift, red letter day etc.) will be the responsibility of the aforementioned company. Please refer to their own refund policies for guidance. Any extensions of expiry dates on third party vouchers is at the suppliers discretion.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be provided.

Bookings will only be changed at the discretion of Chilford Hundred Limited and will not be changed if less than 5 days notice is given.

Online wine orders - Your cancellation rights

You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods provided that none of the goods have been opened or damaged by you.

If you wish to cancel your order, please email or call us on 01223 895 600.

Please note that if you choose to cancel your order and the products have already been dispatched to you, we will not be able to cancel your order until the products have been returned to us and we have had an opportunity to inspect the returned products. Please note that the return of the products will be at your cost.

Once your order has been cancelled we will confirm this in writing to you and will provide you with a refund of the price paid for the products.

If some or all of the bottles of wine in a case are broken or spoiled when they are delivered you should notify us as soon as possible. You may choose either to return the whole case or just the affected bottles for a refund.

Our cancellation rights

We reserve the right to cancel any order or tour for any reason by informing you in writing. If your order or tour is cancelled, we will contact you to let you know and will refund any money you have paid us.

Age restriction

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

In order to comply with the law, we can only deliver wine to persons over 18 years of age. Upon delivery you may be required to sign for your order to confirm your age.
