The Chilford Hall Vineyard tour and tasting is extremely popular with visitors, event guests and wine related interest groups and justifiably so.
At the 2007 East Anglian Wine Growers Association Awards, Chilford Hall was proud to receive seven awards, along with another six accolades at the 2008 awards, and Wine of the Year in 2010. Chilford Hall also won Wine of the Year 2012 along with several medals.
The tour begins in the Winery and the entire wine making process is explained from the management of the vine, the pruning and picking of the grapes, through to the processing, fermentation, blending and bottling. You may also follow one of the Vineyard Trails to see how the vines are grown.
At the end of the tour you will be invited to the Chilford Wines & Bistro onsite shop, where our expert guide will explain the subtle difference between wines and the features to look for when making your choices. Thereafter, you will be invited to sample a variety of Chilford Hall's award winning wines.
Tour details
Tours are available each Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays between 2nd March and 31st October 2013 and are subject to availability.
Please book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Priced at £12.50 per person and include a tour and wine tasting.

Our 3pm afternoon tour and tasting tickets can be upgraded to an afternoon tea tour commencing at 2pm, or a 10.30am morning tour and tasting with two course lunch and still bottle of wine. (subject to availability, please call the Chilford Sales team for details on 01223 895600 )
